Fete-a-Tete is a place to inspire and excite amateur and experienced cooks, hosts, and plain old party animals. With seasonal and fresh cooking ideas for mid week dinner dates, rockin’ cocktail parties, bestie and baby birthdays, and every other occasion, big or small, to get you, family, and friends back around your table.
But this ain’t your mama’s dinner party. We believe that humor and spontaneity should have a seat at the table, right next to elegance and tradition. We believe that chicness can be an everyday event, that a little tablescaping and truffle salt can be all you need to escape the ordinary. About Katie: After spending years in fashion & lifestyle advertising, Katie realized her passion was for cooking and so went to The International Culinary Center where she received a degree in International Culinary Arts.
After earning her stripes with private catering gigs of all sizes, she now likes to experiment most in her own kitchen, testing out recipes on her family of three (her son, Harry, gives a lot of constructive criticism), or whipping up dishes for her own parties, be it six or sixty. Katie believes a great party means that, by the end of the night, the food is gone and people are dancing on the coffee table!
