Layered Maple Apple Cake with Maple Cream Drizzle

Who doesn’t love a dessert with apples upon apples upon apples. Make this dairy free by opting for almond milk and apple sauce in place of the milk and butter. There is absolutely no reason not to have fresh fruit cakes and crumbles on every menu for fall, especially at the High Holidays and Thanksgiving dessert table.

Enjoy with any kind of candy, no matter the time of year, but especially during Easter (because why wouldn’t you take advantage of pastel colored chocolates).
